These internships will run from mid-May to mid-August 2019, ending with our annual company trip. 

The Software Engineering team builds web-based software with .NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript to solve business problems faced by the Spreetail team. Spreetail uses completely home-grown software to compete against top players in the ecommerce industry. The software controls our business from beginning to end: ordering, marketing, inventory, customer service, and accounting. We use the latest and greatest libraries and development methodologies to build elegant solutions to complex, real-world problems.

As a Software Engineering intern, you are a self-starter who is driven to deliver software that solves the problems of fellow team members. You are a lifelong learner with an insatiable passion for code and the newest technologies.

You will be put on a squad for one of the different departments in the company. All of the software that we can build in-house we do, so you will have an integral part in making that happen. You will work on one large project throughout the summer as you also work alongside the full-time engineers to create and improve the foundation of our business each day. 

Preferred skills:

• Understanding of object-oriented programming 
• Experience working with: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Knockout, or SQL 
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt 
• Innovation and drive to build the foundation of our company's software from the ground up
