AffiniPay is a high velocity and highly transactional environment that utilizes data to help drive our GTM strategies and opportunity to grow as a leader within the fintech industry. As the Manager, Revenue Intelligence & Analytics, you will be responsible for helping support the GTM function by leveraging our analytics platforms and tools to acquire, extract, analyze and visualize data across the organization. You will support planning activities, data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights through reporting and analysis around key performance metrics across different areas of our business. You are a natural leader with a previous success of communicating and summarizing these data findings to all levels within the organization including the executive team. You are an experienced people leader that isn’t afraid to dive into the details with your team as you have both a technical affinity for automation and reporting as well as an analytical mindset for evaluating data to extract business insights.
Your day to day:
- Transform complex data into clear business insights for senior management and stakeholders in order to drive high-quality, strategic decision-making.
- Build and develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce/CRM Analytics and Tableau to support everyone from an individual contributor (to help manage their daily workflows) to the executive level (to drive strategic decision-making).
- Oversee the reporting and analysis on the value, volume, and velocity of our sales and marketing funnel, with an emphasis on conversion rates, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and more.
- Design and implement business metrics to track GTM performance and forecasting.
- Proactively communicate data insights that influence monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning.
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally to establish or redefine dashboards, refine reporting standards and automation, identify workflow/system improvements, and perform ad hoc analyses.
- Coordinate the development, reporting, and automation of key performance metrics and dashboards in Salesforce to help drive revenue and optimize sales efficiency
- Maintain a data strategy to ensure clean, updated, and productive data across all growth reporting repos
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems including marketing automation (Marketo) and Salesforce.com, used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Influence stakeholders through accurate, clear, and concise data insights - be able to validate data, detect anomalies, etc.
- Work well with other teams and adapt quickly to changing requirements, ambiguous requests, and tight deadlines - establish processes for accommodating recurring requests
- Identify new ideas and opportunities for improving analytics capabilities including opportunities for efficiency
About You:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in revenue operations, sales operations or marketing operations roles at high-growth software companies (preferably B2B)
- Significant analytical passion; strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics and ability to translate insights into key revenue-focused recommendations.
- Experience in telling a story with data to guide conversations, persuade your audience, and influence decision makers at all levels including senior leaders and executives.
- Demonstrated understanding of key revenue performance metrics and processes (pipeline, forecasting, demand generation, retention, lead attribution, etc.)
- Experience working with large data sets using SQL, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and/or BI tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Experience with SalesForce.com and CRM Analytics
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems such as Marketo
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Storytelling and presentation skills - make data meaningful and valuable
- Ability to work in a team environment with staff at all levels, giving and accepting constructive feedback
- This position is preferred to sit in Austin, TX

- If you live near one of our offices in Austin, TX or San Diego, CA, we work in a hybrid capacity!
- We are open to remote work with the ability to travel to Austin 1-2x per year
