Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. As a versatile professional, the Marketing Campaign Manager will be adept at wearing multiple hats, solving problems creatively and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:

  • Campaign planning and execution:
    • Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
    • Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement and conversion
  • Multi-channel expertise:
    • Coordinate activities across multiple marketing channels including email marketing, webinars, events, digital advertising and our website
  • Marketing automation:
    • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign processes
    • Implement automation workflows to nurture leads and drive engagement
  • Creative skills:
    • Ability to contribute to a wide range of marketing assets spanning case studies, one-pagers, presentations, web pages and more
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment with marketing efforts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in executing marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns across various channels
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling copy
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs
    • Hubspot and Salesforce are a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment


Reporting:
This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's marketing success.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
