Advertising Operations Specialist
The Advertising Operations Specialist position supports Digital Turbine’s mobile media business through campaign deployment and in-life management.

Digital Turbine Media is seeking to hire an extraordinary individual to join the Digital Turbine Advertising Operations Team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of set-up, delivery, and optimization of advertising campaigns running across Digital Turbine’s network of carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the account management team in operational tasks which ensure customer satisfaction and success launching and delivery of their advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Proactively monitor and analyze performance metrics to help ensure proper campaign delivery.
- Collaborate actively with account managers to ensure resolution of day-to-day issues and creating new processes to optimize existing operational processes.
- Comfortable with using large sets of data to craft a narrative that influences customer behavior.
- Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers - both internal and external
- Exceptional at effectively managing high volume of accounts
- Work cross-functionally to meet partner needs
- Accommodate core partner needs and the impact/value of meeting those needs
- Execute advertiser insights framework, and work to develop and share these insights internally
- Operate the ad-serving system to execute and deliver on campaign targets and budget
- Proactively monitor campaign delivery, investigating discrepancies with clients, agencies, and third-party platforms as needed
- Troubleshoot delivery and/or creative issues while the campaigns are in progress
- Monitor campaigns and come up with effective strategies to improve campaign performance
- Manage day-to-day servicing needs of clients, including campaign optimization, reporting, and follow up with any additional requests
Skills & Background
- Minimum 1-2 years of data analysis, account management, or related experience.
- Preferred minimum 1-2 years’ experience in online advertising operations
- Understanding of online advertising and mobile advertising landscape
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and relationships
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
