RetailMeNot is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join the marketing team and drive growth with our retail & brand advertising partners. As the B2B Marketing Manager you will partner across the RetailMeNot organization to turn data, insights and opportunities into best-in-class content that helps our sales team have meaningful conversations with clients and enables them to achieve their revenue goals. This role sits at the intersection of the sales and marketing teams and is responsible for the day-to-day creation and management of sales collateral, account based marketing strategies and performance tracking to drive sales and marketing objectives. 

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with direct experience developing sales enablement materials, account-based marketing tactics and lead gen campaigns
  • You are an excellent communicator and are adept at written, verbal and visual storytelling 
  • You are both creative and analytical, with the ability to synthesize multiple sources of data and distill it into easy to understand themes
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • You are able to balance the needs of a variety of stakeholders and are good at driving alignment across all levels of the organization
  • You have impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
  • You are excited about opportunities to translate data into storytelling opportunities
  • You have a background in retail, ecommerce, affiliate or consumer technology industries 
  • You are proficient with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • You are proficient with audience insight and data mining tools such as Qunatcast, Comscore, Similar Web, Google Analytics
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

What You'll Do

  • Own the creation of all sales enablement content, including case studies, pitch decks, one-sheeters, event presentations, talking points, reporting templates 
  • Manage overall consistency in the messaging, branding, and visual design of external materials 
  • Lead go-to-market meetings to educate sellers on new materials, events and opportunities to communicate to partners 
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing teams to identify and package promotion opportunities for new and existing partners 
  • Leverage first party and industry data to create compelling sales narratives and pitches
  • Develop presentation content for virtual and in-person events (e.g. webinars, conferences) 
  • Develop thought leadership content that drives brand consideration for RetailMeNot
  • Develop buyer personas, key messages, value props and talking points to help sales team overcome objectives or address frequently asked questions
  • Track the utilization of content in Highspot and solicit feedback to identify opportunities to improve brand perception, collateral, solutions and pricing
  • Serve as the liaison between other parts of the organization to ensure the sales team is aware of marketing and product initiatives that impact their clients 
  • Work with demand gen team to repurpose and distribute content to secure new partners
  • Tools: Quantcast, Comscore, Highspot, Excel, Google Suite

    Must be proficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
