We are looking to a hire a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Fourth! This position will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success Teams to strengthen and build relationships with Fourth customers. This individual will be responsible for developing communication programs to keep customers informed about new products and offerings, build cross-sell programs, plan customer advisory events, and driving engagement through our Fourth Community and Customer Success Portal. 


What You'll Be Doing. . .

  • Develop customer-centric communications strategies and craft compelling content to engage customers in Fourth news, initiatives, and events
  • Work with customer success team to identify customers to capture powerful stories about the impact of Fourth products and services on their organizations
  • Bring these stories to life via written case studies, testimonials, fireside chats, videos and more
  • Build programs to introduce new products and services to relevant customers, creating sales opportunities that also help customers solve their problems
  • Lead the development and execution of customer engagement events, including roundtables, user groups, and customer advisory sessions
  • Identify KPIs, measure and report on customer marketing activities so we can test and iterate

What You Need to Have. . .

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an enterprise/ SaaS environment
  • Customer marketing experience and/or role with deep engagement with customers
  • Writing and editing skills with examples – articles, emails, blog posts
  • Experience in Project Management: defining requirements, scoping of project, planning activities
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
