We are looking for a driven, creative, and energetic marketing professional to join a growing team of top-notch demand generation marketers that operate in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet aggressive deadlines. And because we’re metrics-driven, we’re also looking for someone with a strong analytical acumen who is willing to track projects from start to finish. As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in the daily activities of our Demand Generation Marketing team. You will execute on a variety of broad-based marketing programs, and report on the performance of each campaign element. This role focuses on maximizing near-term opportunities, while also building strategic, long-term programs to increase demand for SparkCognition products and solutions. If you were already working for us, you would be:
- Supporting the Director of Demand Generation to fulfill both near term and long-term lead generation goals
- Driving overall campaign management including tracking, analytics, and success measurement
- Creating and optimizing targeted email and nurture campaigns in Pardot
- Managing paid search paid social and retargeting efforts
- Developing and supporting new marketing programs, including webinars, online demos, product trials, and other gated content to capture demand
- Determining content gaps and collaborate to develop new assets
- Developing and executing on monthly and quarterly program plans that will ensure we hit our revenue goals
- Leveraging analytics to manage to track weekly and even daily lead generation goals, adjusting activities based on results & the needs of the sales organization
You may be a fit for our team if you have:
- 5-7 years of demand generation experience, including hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Experience with SEO/Search Engine Marketing preferred
- A focus on execution with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong detail orientation, the ability to prioritize work and clearly communicate
- A hands-on approach with all facets of the job with the ability to think tactically
- The demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environments
