Director, Global Campaigns & Demand Initiatives

We are looking for a seasoned marketer and trusted people leader to head up Executive programs, integrated marketing Campaigns, and marquee experiential initiatives. You are a strategic, passionate, and creative leader with global experience, a data-driven approach, and a bias for action. You enjoy being a critical part of the business rhythm, meeting pipeline goals and moving with the fast nature of this growing market. You will be empowered with responsibility to create and run significant marketing projects, working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across the organization including field marketing, sales and customer success, product marketing and content, marketing operations, and PR/AR teams.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Global Demand Marketing leader, this is a key leadership role across marketing to shape priorities and alignment.
- Understanding the buying group audiences and delivering curated, impactful, and repeatable C-level executive programs to grow thought leadership and consideration.
- Collaborating and developing strong working relationships across the entire marketing organization to manage full-funnel initiatives.
- Orchestrate strategy, deliverables, and ensure the success of agreed deliverables across agreed marketing big-bets: purpose-built programs that persuade our audience to engage, learn, and purchase SailPoint Identity security products and solutions.
- Oversee strategic programs and campaigns plans and briefs, developed in collaboration with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing and business partners, that are aligned to go-to-market strategies and annual pipeline goals and CMO priorities.
- Data-driven approaches to planning and meeting OKRs with targeted, industry -specific, persona-based campaigns that deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time across a healthy marketing mix.
- Develop, motivate, and grow a talented team of marketers who are driven to take ownership, improve every day and win together with sales and the rest of the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of demand generation and campaign design experience within a B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of global markets across the Americas, EMEA, APAC and Japan, experience across multinational & multicultural audiences.
- Proven success in managing teams running campaign strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns.
- Proven success in running Executive Programs targeting C-suite technology and security B2B audiences.
- Strong people manager with skills to create positive and productive work environments across geographically and functionally dispersed members.
- Analytical mindset, with an active interest in attribution and business growth measurement.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills.
- Experienced in using Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and reporting tools.
- Roll up the sleeves attitude, bias for action, with strategic "big picture" and collaborative mindset.
