Impact:

Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director of Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of a clearly defined acquisition strategy. Specifically, this role will focus on profitable acquisition of new users across paid channels including SEM, Display, Referrals, Social, Influencers and Paid Media. This role requires both strategic & critical thinking and tactical execution to drive momentum across the funnel. You will develop and execute a robust test & learn approach which will create meaningful impact across the business and inform your decision making on a daily basis. You will collaborate with Product, Brand, CRM, Creative, and BI/Analytics teams to identify and execute on opportunities. You will have deep knowledge & experience owning key performance metrics (ROAS, CVR, CPA & CAC) and optimizing across each channel.

What You'll Do

  • Develop & execute a growth marketing strategy for new customer acquisition 
  • Own/manage multiple paid channels (SEM, Display, Referrals, Social, Influencers and Paid Media) 
  • Develop, manage and market new product features, merchants and offers to target audiences
  • Map the target audience journey through the funnel, understanding deeply what motivates and compels them to act
  • Develop robust test & learn roadmap for each channel
  • Work with agency/media partners partners to optimize tactics across all paid channels in order to drive optimal ROAS
  • Work with Analytics to develop best-in-class tracking, measurement and reporting methodologies
  • Own planning/forecasting and monitor daily/weekly results for each channel (KPIs include CVR, CPAs, Spend, ROAS & CAC)
  • Regularly communicate impact of growth marketing programs to the broader business, ensuring full comprehension of growth marketing goals, benchmarks, pacing and impact

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of mobile/app growth/acquisition marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced consumer technology, e-commerce or DTC environment
  • An expert in data-driven performance marketing who can “own” targets and other KPIs (eg CPAs, CAC, ROAS)
  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel 
  • Experience owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of across Spend, CPA, ROAS, and CAC
  • Experience scaling one or more paid media channel from a direct response/customer acquisition perspective (SEM, Display, Social, Affiliates, Paid Media, Referral, etc)
  • Ideal candidate is extremely analytical, great in a fast-paced environment and can hustle & execute, all with operational excellence
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start, and swiftly adapt to changing market conditions and think creatively
  • You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver, and have a high level of accountability
  • You have a natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
  • You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
