This includes overseeing a full range of initiatives including understanding business objectives, influencing business strategy, designing campaigns, localizing for global markets, executing campaigns, and conducting analyses to refine and measure returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping to define the go-to-market strategy for large scale SMB marketing initiatives, developing partner marketing capabilities, improving our collaboration with product development to prioritize small business feature sets, and defining a new way to do business with international marketing teams. The leader is empowered with global responsibility for a significant operation, working cross-functionally with product teams, regional sales leaders, data scientists, other marketing and creative teams and cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates will have experience building and managing scaled sales and marketing teams, making data driven marketing decisions, overseeing complex operations, product marketing experience, recognizing patterns of success (and failure) quickly, and working cross-functionally.
