ABOUT THIS POSITION

Aceable is looking for a Director of Paid Media and Nurture who will own the day-to-day operation of our paid search, paid social, email, SMS, and referral programs in support of Aceable’s ambitious growth objectives. This role will be a critical partner to the VP of Marketing to set the strategic direction of our digital Paid and Nurture efforts while facilitating long-term success. You will focus on data-driven performance marketing, customer acquisition, and LTV retention development across the multiple channels. The Director of Paid Media and Nurture will also launch go-to-market campaigns for new locations and new product launches as the company continually expands its offerings.

You understand the importance of building and maintaining a compelling brand and creating an acquisition approach to a consumer who expects a seamless experience.

ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM

The Aceable Marketing Team is a talented group of digital and performance marketers with expertise in search, revenue optimization, marketing analytics and product marketing.  We are data driven, collaborative and love being a major contributor to the growth of Aceable. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and senior leadership to envision, set, and drive strategic direction and critical initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities to expand TAM, increase market share, and improve customer retention
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Paid Media and Nurture team
  • Fully manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search, social, and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, and other paid platforms 
  • Fully manage the strategy and execution of our Nurture program from the perspectives of revenue generation, brand consistency, LTV retention, and NPS
  • Conduct deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities 
  • Develop a go-to-market launch playbook that incorporates cutting edge approaches to the consumer buying process coupled with the appropriate reach and frequency of outreach initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, the Conversion Rate Optimization Team, and Customer Service to ensure there are open flows of communication to build the strongest and most successful programs possible
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to communicate successes, inconsistencies, underperformance, or any other campaign related metrics 
  • Continuously improve performance through testing, leveraging campaign analytics

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 8+ years of relevant experience managing paid search, paid social, display, email, and referral campaigns, including experience managing a seven figure monthly spend
  • 4+ years of management experience 
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed, who works calmly, quickly and confidently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated strength in building and developing passionate, high-performance teams
  • A data-driven and customer-centric approach to establishing marketing strategies, key initiatives, and the metrics to determine the profitability of channels, by product offering
  • Superb communication skills across all levels of the organization from individual contributors to the Board of Directors
  • Passion for pulling data, analyzing it, making quick decisions, and defending those decisions with data 
  • Strong instincts toward continual growth and optimization, with ability to pivot based on the company’s needs
  • Up‐to‐date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in customer acquisition and retention
