The Ecommerce Media Manager sits at the heart of Spreetail’s ecommerce advertising offering for a cross-section of brands.  A storyteller by trade, and at heart, with strong and deep retail experience, this person is tasked with constructing balanced advertising programs by using paid media and integrating with organic content that delivers on key brand goals and Spreetail’s business priorities.

How you will achieve  success: 
  • Develop vendor-facing programs showcasing our Omnichannel services across key retail channel partner ecosystems including (but, by no means limited to) Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, Criteo, among many others. 
  • Grow current Co-Op programs, getting current brands investing in Spreetail to continue and grow their investment and be deeply familiar with the broad range of e-commerce environments and how to drive success in service of our GMV goals. 
  • Drive coordination efforts for all paid advertising programs including Spreetail Internal teams, BBE, or a combination of these. 
  • Construct the advertising program narrative that gets delivered for existing and prospective vendor pitches. 
  • Maintain relationships with key groups across Spreetail (VM, Brand Strategy, Content, Analytics, etc.) to ensure the programs we put forth are the strongest and most well-connected. 
What experiences will help you  in this role: 
  • 5+ years experience in paid digital media strategy or e-commerce or paid search agency. Must have client-facing experience. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools including Third-party competitive tools, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, YouTube, Pinterest, & Criteo.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in industry-related matters and ability to service and communicate with a wide range of clients and retail partners.
  • Proven success in pitching and selling a service through connecting a client's goals and a program you are offering.
  • Excellent communication skills, grace, and composure under extreme pressure, ability to exhibit patience with highly demanding clients of all different backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills through a high degree of executive presence.
