We are looking for an experienced email marketer with a passion for driving growth and engagement amongst numerous B2C business channels. This person will have sole responsibility for developing content and campaigns for various business groups within REX; including, REX Brokerage, REX Home Loans, REX Insurance, REX Home Services, and more. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to not only engage leads as they enter the REX sales funnel, but also to develop new lead capture ideas and creative ways to keep REX top of mind for potential customers who may be in a longer consideration process.

*This role can be based in Austin, Texas or Los Angeles, California.

What You'll Do:

  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to write, build, test and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns 
  • Define requirements and develop email programs for educational, promotional, and transactional strategies that maximize customer conversion & retention and deliver against business goals
  • Help us launch new ways to communicate with our customers, which might include chat automations, push notifications or other technologies
  • Design look and feel of branded email campaigns
  • Accountable for defining, tracking and measuring email marketing KPIs, with ongoing efforts to continuously analyze data, identify trends, and implement optimizations to better drive our customer communications 
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize various business objectives and push tailored messaging for all customers
  • Develop audience segmentation by utilizing CRM data within customers Salesforce profile 
  • Make data driven decisions to constantly create an optimal communication flow
  • Implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
  • Communicate the who/what/when of all email campaigns to sales and operations teams

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience creating and running large scale email campaigns, managing diverse customer segmentation groups, and tailoring content based on user attributes
  • Ability to dig into email analytics and iterate accordingly to drive business impact and seamless, integrated customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • HTML experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of real estate industry
