What You'll Do
The Enterprise Marketing Manager will drive campaign strategy, execution, and performance measurement for strategic accounts. You'll create and optimize customized and personalized account-centric marketing motions that drive pipeline growth and deal acceleration, working closely with the extended marketing team and BDR/Sales teams.
As a member of a fast moving and data driven team you'll have the opportunity to make a difference starting on day one. This role will report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Enterprise Account Ownership. You'll develop a marketing strategy that is specifically targeted to our strategic enterprise accounts. This will encompass 1:few customized campaigns and 1:1 personalized campaigns.
- Account Based Execution. You'll execute ABM-style campaigns, leveraging tactics including events, webinars, email nurture programs, direct mail, etc. Thinking outside the box to creatively reach and engage these accounts is a must!
- Data Driven Mindset. You'll work closely with our Revenue Operations team to build, maintain, and analyze data reports that enable you to track progress, discover bottlenecks and efficiencies, and continuously optimize your programs.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships. Orchestrate and lead playbook brainstorms and ongoing pipeline check-ins with BDR and Sales teams. Partner closely with your Marketing peers (specifically, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Website) to create high-touch campaigns that speak directly to this target audience.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B marketing.
- Proven demand generation and/or account-based marketing experience; knowledge of ABM best practices.
- Background in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs including: email, digital, direct mail, events, webinars and more.
- Familiarity in aligning integrated marketing programs to a sales cycle; deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel.
- Experience with Mar Tech tools; preferably Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, Navigator, Drift or Qualified, and Tableau.
