LumApps is seeking a US Field Marketing Manager in Austin, TX to drive the strategy, execution and return on investment of US marketing activities. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and execute Lumapps’s US marketing strategy and plan, both near and long-term
• Build a process around field and event marketing in the US by establishing processes to scale opportunity growth from US marketing tactics
• Execute multi-channel strategies including series of online and offline events 
• Roll-out new campaigns and programs to Sales to enable optimal lead follow-up and ROI on marketing efforts
• Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive awareness in the marketplace as well as build and accelerate pipeline for US Sales
• Track and measure ROI and feedback on Field Marketing activities to aid in strategic decision making on Marketing investments and budgets

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in B2B Marketing (ideally enterprise software)
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with SaaS markets
• Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing software
• Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs, managing agencies, vendors and large projects
• Bonus: Experience working at digital transformation, employee engagement, or intranet technology organization.
