As a Graphic Designer for Talroo, you will:

  • Create digital marketing content and communications, such as digital and print advertising, email templates, website content, banner ads, presentations, e-books, and social media design assets
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to conceive and create sales collateral, such as posters, flyers, one-pagers, and other swag, as well as conference booth design assets
  • Further develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure that all designs and content for all mediums are cohesive and aligned with the Talroo's brand aesthetic
  • Provide administrative support of all B2B marketing initiatives including vendor relationship management and ensuring the highest quality production of all Talroo materials

What we’re looking for in a highly-qualified candidate:

  • Willing to dive into understanding our customer/audience, their needs, and their pain points
  • Creative and flexible while problem solving in layout and design
  • A high-energy, total team player willing to help out whenever needed to get projects done, even if outside a designer’s scope

Requirements/Preferred Skills:

  • Mad skills in Adobe suite: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat 
  • Sketch 
  • Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing or related field
  • Design School Certification
  • Hubspot or other email marketing platform experience is a plus
  • HTML and CSS a plus
  • Video Editing and Animation a plus
