With alumni from MIT, Facebook, Microsoft, Google, and several successful entrepreneurs, you’ll be surrounded by some of the smartest people you’ve ever shared beers with. We believe in full flexibility, working on awesome projects, and having fun at work.

As the head growth marketer on the team, you will be solely responsible for managing and growing a team that includes industry channel experts and outside agencies. You will manage a 7 figure marketing budget and grow your team when certain marketing channels have proven themselves such as SEO, PPC, partnerships, and more.

About you:

• Incredibly metrics driven - you were a scientist in a past life and love running experiments and finding new growth opportunities.
• You have deep channel expertise (pref PPC) and are competent at most of the other digital marketing channels
• Growth is your middle name - you have a track record of scaling revenue and teams at the companies you've worked at
• You love discovering new scalable marketing channels that nobody else is using
• Your team loves you - you're a great leader and coach. Many will want to follow you to this position.
• You're incredibly user driven - metrics influence your decision but people's happiness drives your strategies
• You don't mind rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself if needed.
• You love being the CEO of your own division - hiring and managing high caliber teams is your jam
