As a part of our Marketing team you will drive the marketing strategies and implement tools that drive optimal business outcomes.

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will: 

• Manage large scale acquisition and retention campaigns across digital and traditional channels 
• Oversee implementation and use of tools and reporting systems (CRM) with a focus on better data and more informed decision-making 
• Supervise media spending across key acquisition channels such as SEM, FB, Instagram, Pinterest, retargeting, video, direct mail, etc. and actively seeking new channels that drive performance 
• Own the customer journey through the acquisition funnel via email, mobile push, on-site banners, landing pages, personalization etc. and develop a CRM roadmap to support customer LTV 
• Lead a team of high-performing marketers by setting strategy, developing KPI accountability, allocating and controlling spend, and building a strong culture 

You should have:

• Experience working at an online consumer brand with strong background in acquisition marketing with a focus on SEM, SEO, paid social 
• Familiarity with CRM marketing and developing attribution models
