Job Summary:


We are looking for a meticulous Lead Generation Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This role would leverage traditional lead generation in the digital and offline space to vet, setup, test and manage affiliate lead generation partners for our clients. This is an integral position within a high-performance, fast-paced team, and will require some digital marketing knowledge and awareness of marketing best practices. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, analytical, a strategic thinker and able to navigate competing priorities to ensure that our high-value clients get optimal results. 




Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and vetting of new lead generation (link out, email, co-reg, sweepstakes) partners. Identify and understand the services/products/platform and map them to clients and campaigns to test. 
  • Prepare testing plans (media, creative/offer and ad placements) and provide recommendations to the account teams to drive performance based on campaign objectives.
  • Performance reporting and analysis including partner, list select/ad placement, promo/offer post click analysis with insights and recommendations to optimize overall performance. 
  • Ensure that the campaigns are flighted, trafficked, and tracked correctly.
  • Communicate directly with partners or through lead generation platforms (i.e. Impact Radius) 
  • Daily hands-on media management to ensure proper pacing and to drive optimal performance to meet client goals. 
  • Provide reporting and detailed analysis of affiliate-lead generation activity against identified benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns and recommend changes as needed based on these evaluations and share with clients. 
  • Maintain and QA client reporting, working with our Business Intelligence team to ensure campaign reporting integrity.
  • Assist in driving strategic channel roadmap for Cart.com and our clients 
  • Assist in forecasting by campaign, channel and subchannel based on trends and industry research. 
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-function channels & teams (Strategy, BI, Creative), to support omni-channel strategies, align with media and maximize opportunities. 

Must Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on affiliate-lead generation with a “can-do” attitude and a thirst driving growth.
  • Experience with the integration and ongoing management of affiliate tools/platforms (i.e. Impact Radius, Lead Conduit). 
  • Experience in trafficking with third party ad server such as SA360, Kenshoo.
  • Expertise in tracking and ensuring quality implementation by working with team to set up and troubleshoot pixels.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Basic knowledge of ROI, attribution, key industry metrics, and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.) 
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments with professional demeanor. 
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. 
  • Brings to the position outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
  • Finally, you must be a constant student of media – no matter how many years of experience you have under your belt. You must see these disciplines as areas of your mastery – from the basics to the most complex. In short, we are looking for passion, pursuit of perfection, kaizen, and constant innovation to increase the Company’s performance and resources.

Our headquarters is located in Austin, Tx at the address listed. The majority of our roles are flexible hybrid for employees who live within the cities where we have offices and remote for employees who are not located in those cities.
