Spredfast + Lithium isseeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and professional MarketingOperations Analyst to join the Digital Operations Team. The Digital OperationsTeam is a dynamic organization, responsible for implementing, administering,scaling, and supporting all tools, processes, and reporting needs required tosuccessfully run a fast-moving global marketing department. The Marketing Operations Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations &Automation and will serve as a key member of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize marketing and SDR workflows through improvements to Salesforce processes and third-party tools
• Manage and ensure all marketing and SDRs are adhering to mandatory marketing processes
• Improve scalability in processes
• Provide day-to-day support of our CRM - Salesforce
• Provide ongoing administration and training of critical third-party tools
• Create documentation to guide the use of marketing tools
• Support the development and implementation of new data policies
• Work with marketing, sales, finance, and business operation to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance and business contribution
• Support other marketers in achieving their goals

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in either sales or marketing operations
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Passion for data integrity, always finding ways to improve data quality and insights
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud specifically), Excel, and Google Apps
• Gong, Outreach or Salesloft, 6sense, and Marketo experience a plus
