Dealerware is seeking a Marketing Systems Administrator to work on a contract-to-hire basis. The overarching goal of this position is to reimagine Dealerware’s top-of-funnel & lead lifecycle/nurture flow activities through the implementation of a new platform (Demandbase) and restructuring of our existing resource (HubSpot) while integrating these systems with SFDC. This position will report into the Director of Business Operations while working closely with our Vice President of Marketing and other Ops administrators. Experience with Demandbase, HubSpot and ABM (account-based marketing) are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data and detail, along with a natural talent for customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Implement Demandbase into Dealerware’s Marketing operations
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Senior Management to drive efficient Sales and Marketing programs
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and SFDC
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement within current processes and future processes
- Recommend, design, and develop actionable reports and dashboards to various internal teams
- Lead and implement data hygiene projects in conjunction with the Operations team
- Create and maintain documentation on application user workflows and any relevant training materials
- Administer and evaluate HubSpot, Demandbase as well as other tools used internally
Must-haves:
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering Demandbase
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering HubSpotExperience integrating HubSpot with SFDC
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Passion for data integrity, always finding ways to improve data quality and insights
- Impeccable customer service, strong ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
- Direct experience working with/in B2B SaaS Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing a plus
