About the Position

This role will report to the Manager of Demand Generation. As a member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping our partner strategy, recruiting new partners, building a world class partner ecosystem, and managing the entire lifecycle of partner relationships. Specifically, you’ll work directly with a range of strategic partners to understand our joint users, and run co-marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and activation.

This individual will build relationships, develop joint GTM plans, and drive growth in our mutual businesses. You’ll define the scope and specifics of the marketing partnership, educate both organizations on the value of the partnership and the specifics of the joint offering, and execute external go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

The Partner Marketing Manager will support partner recruiting, activation, and engagement. The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Establish Rev’s partner marketing program. You’ll help define what “partner marketing” means at Rev and identify the types of partner channels that will be the most valuable to Rev and our partner ecosystem (Co-Marketing/Referral, ISVs, OEMs, VARs, Systems Integrators, etc.)
  • Work with Business Development lead on recruitment efforts to generate new partners in our ecosystem
  • Create, own, and manage the partner success portal through content updates, working with sales enablement on new training, and tracking partner engagement and growth
  • Develop and execute on a wide range of GTM plans for partners. Manage co-marketing activities that support them such as events, webinars, paid media, emails, etc.
  • Produce impactful channel content necessary to support the channel communications strategy including but not limited to one-pagers, eBooks, blog posts, landing pages, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to implement dashboards for measuring success across partner programs. Develop insights on program performance, identify opportunities for improving outcomes and work cross functionally to implement changes
  • Work cross functionally with Rev teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering to accelerate partner marketing success.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in partner marketing, within enterprise software or SaaS
  • Experience fostering relationships with strategic partners and creating joint selling and GTM opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the user journey through a partner distribution channel and it’s respective pressures on the partner marketing organization to drive incremental revenue
  • Familiarity and experience with B2B omni-channel/demand gen marketing tactics (E.g. social, digital advertising, website, email marketing, content marketing, PR, and events)
  • Experience working in early stage organizations where processes are loosely defined and constantly being improved
  • A love of analytics and a consistent track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stellar project management skills
