DESCRIPTION

The EPAM Partner Marketing Manager will be part of a consistently growing Global Partner & Alliances team (currently 23 and expanding) which is part of the Global Marketing team. He/She will be detail-oriented and able to think proactively and constructively becoming a multi-subject matter expert with a strong knowledge of our strategic digital platform partners. They will be expected to build relationships with both internal and external teams to help develop high-quality content to support marketing and business development initiatives.

Experienced content writing skills, campaign creation, lead generation and event planning are key requirements for this role, as is the ability to manage internal senior stakeholders, think creatively and drive go-to-market messaging. The ability to work independently and across multiple geos will be required. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work as part of a team to manage marketing relationships and collaborative communication streams
  • Take ownership of managing and planning all marketing collateral related to multiple partner technologies; including content for events, case studies, website, social communication, email campaigns, etc. related to our Strategic Alliance partners in the digital space (MarTech)
  • Work with different departments of Corporate Marketing team to ensure projects are completed timely, on-brand and with required depth and quality
  • Collaborate with technology practice leaders, SME’s (Subject Matter Experts), dedicated Business Development leads and Alliances team on GTM strategy content, case study creation, PR opportunities, etc. related to partners
  • Manage a sizable budget and partner MDF to drive positive ROI results
  • Act as Project Manager for large and small-scale events and targeted content creation, plus various other marketing initiatives
  • Be a proactive “ideas” generator with ambition to drive better messaging, marketing planning and business development through various marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate Degree minimum
  • At least 3+ years experience working in a professional Marketing role
  • Must have worked in a technology focused company (knows our market)
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Field Marketing/Email campaign/Lead generation experience
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills
  • Independently motivated and hardworking attitude
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment and good at meeting deadlines
  • Competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Proactive team-player attitude a must
