Reporting to the Senior Manager of Paid Media & Performance Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Media will be a forward-thinking strategist, self-starter, and risk-taker who is ready to establish demand generation excellence. In this role, you will get in on the ground floor of building out Restore’s advertising capabilities to set the brand up for major growth over the next 3 years.

This position will be located in our Austin, Texas corporate office — not available for remote work.

KEY ROLES

  • Manage paid social (primarily Facebook Ads) campaign structure, testing, optimization, and strategy in alignment with company initiatives to drive new membership growth and retention

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team on planning, budgeting, and key metrics targets

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and communication for all ad spend under your management

  • Collaborate with the creative team to implement and create best practices across all campaigns and placements including concepting ads and managing creative tasks in the queue

  • Identify and create process improvements and automations to scale the Facebook Ads operations

  • Execute A/B tests and campaign optimizations, then report insights and recommendations to improve overall media strategy

  • Stay on top of recent industry trends as it relates to social channels and across the organization


QUALITIES

  • 3+ years of advertising experience on social media platforms

  • Must have strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager, lead generation experience preferred

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new paid media channels including display, YouTube, OTT/CTV, radio, podcast, & more

  • Experience managing medium to large size budgets and effectively communicating recommendations to clients and the leadership team

  • Ad agency experience a plus

  • Experience with search marketing a plus

  • Experience with localized campaigns a plus

  • Exceptional analytical skills including the ability to analyze data and develop data-based recommendations, including Excel & Google Analytics fluency

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Data Studio

  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, with client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells ideas, and creates strong agency-client relationships

  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with franchisees and partners

  • Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Self-starter with the ability to assist with the day-to-day as well as identify new opportunities for growth

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

  • Passionate about helping others live healthier, happier, and more active lives

  • BA/BS in marketing or related field is not required but strongly preferred
