Restore is looking for a PR Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will get in on the ground floor of enhancing the Restore brand by creating awareness with potential franchisees and with consumers, as well as positioning Restore as an innovator in health and wellness and the leader in its category—Hyper Wellness®.

KEY ROLES

• Corporate Awards Strategy & Submissions. Craft and execute a strategy for awards to grow Restore’s reputation as
  • An innovator in the health and wellness space (e.g. Fast Company Most Innovative Companies),
  • A high growth company (e.g. Inc. 5000) and
  • An exciting employer (e.g. Fortune Great Places to Work)
• Executive Comms Strategy & Execution. Craft and execute a strategy for executive communications with a particular focus to executive speaking engagements at key conferences and events
• Industry Media Relations & Coverage. Drive awareness and interest within industry categories (franchising, investors, health & wellness, etc.)
  • Franchising. Draft and publish press releases related to newly closed franchise deals, and pitching franchising and small business media for coverage
  • Health & Wellness. Craft and execute a strategy for gaining coverage with health and wellness media
  • Investors/Analysts. Craft and execute a strategy for gaining coverage with business media to drive awareness and interest from investors and analysts
• Consumer PR Programs. Partner to develop PR programs that will drive awareness and interest in the Restore experience and drive consumers into our locations
• Local Media & Influencer Relations. You will work with franchisees to create awareness and interest around their new store openings. This includes
  • Crafting a pre-packaged media kit for local media
  • Providing guidance to franchisees as needed

QUALITIES

• 6+ years of experience in managing PR programs either
  • In a PR agency, or
  • In-house within a brand
• Experience in consumer health or wellness a plus
• Experience in retail a plus
• Experience in ecommerce a plus
• Experience in a franchise-based business a plus
• Demonstrable experience in the responsibilities highlighted above
• Provide examples of high-quality PR deliverables related to the responsibilities highlighted above
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, and a client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells ideas and creates strong agency-client relationships
• Extremely strong team player who can manage multiple clients, projects and priorities
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
