As the Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for clearly communicating the ‘why,’ ‘what’ and ‘when’ to the marketplace and driving adoption of our products — including arming sales with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful. This is a high-visibility role for the company as we accelerate into our next phase of growth.
In this role, you will:
Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for products that empower the nation’s leading associations, charities and health and wellness organizations in their mission to do social good
Deftly leverage your analytical approach and understanding of the market to connect our product capabilities to customer needs.
Serve as the critical bridge between our product, marketing and sales organizations to articulate the value of Personify’s expanding portfolio of products to both internal and external audiences.
Take the lead in defining and prepping other employees on the latest product positioning, market updates, buyer personas, value propositions and talk tracks to ensure our team’s success.
Be a leading contributor to the full-funnel B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing program that spans awareness, engagement, lead generation, purchase, adoption, renewal, and up sell/cross sell.
Oversee strategic development and coordination of customer-facing and partner enablement collateral, as well as outline the marketing programs required for demand generation and sales growth.

Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
3-7 years of related experience in marketing, product marketing or product management within B2B SaaS environments.
Proven written and oral communication skills. We’re looking for someone to help us produce industry-leading content. Show us what you’ve got!
Strong leader, self-starter and proven team player in a high paced and achievement-oriented environment
Strong strategic and creative thinking (benefits marketing / customer orientation) with a high degree of analytical, quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. A love of data; you’re not afraid to dig into Excel and build a model to understand a trend or solve a mystery
Familiarity with Sirius Decisions product marketing methodology
SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
Knowledge and understanding of associations and/or the nonprofit sector a plus
