Responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing, and managing Digital & Channel marketing programs and campaigns across multiple and diverse platforms with the purpose of increasing sales and brand awareness in conjunction with the company’s core values. Leverages email, web, mobile, social media, search, and other technologies to ensure a comprehensive and effective digital mix. Analyzes customer behavior and digital metrics. Explores, innovates, and develops social data insights to leverage the power of social marketing to drive new customer acquisition and engagement opportunities. Works with brands online to support campaigns utilizing deep digital media expertise and awareness. Ensures alignment and integration of digital with other marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops online campaigns and ensures effective implementation across primary customer engagement channels, including email, web, and mobile.
  • Analyzes customer behavior and digital metrics, interpreting results and creating recommendations to guide future strategy development and program execution.
  • Ensures effective application of measurement systems for data capture and reporting, including assessment, identification, and implementation of data sources and tracking requirements.
  • Acts as primary point of contact between the global data team and integrated media for customer research.
  • Provides Digital Capabilities support across designated platforms, products, and technologies.
  • Works with leadership and key stakeholders to define product strategy, including business goals, KPIs, roadmap, and product requirements.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to see the product through the product life cycle.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of trends and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space; ensures appropriate introduction / application across digital efforts, including email, web, and mobile.
  • Defines product plans that guide intuitive, effective, and innovative solutions.
  • Authors ‘point-of-view’ documents on upcoming trends and identifies opportunities to leverage new technologies.
  • Builds relations with vendors and internal Team Members; profitably managing projects and vendors.
  • Leads multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • May provide advice and guidance to less experienced Team Members.

Skills:

  • Advanced understanding of email, web-based, mobile, and other social media platforms, search, and technologies as part of a digital media mix – and how owned, paid, and earned media fit together as part of the overall marketing strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed across channels and in different scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of UX / Design best practices.
  • Knowledge of web measurement technologies, such as website analytics software, paid search engine marketing data sources, etc.
  • Communicates structured information in a clear, concise, and organized fashion.
  • Collaborates with others to achieve objectives and insure information flow.
  • Tailors communication approach to specific situations and audiences.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions in both one-on-one situations and group meetings.
  • Collaborates with functional and cross-functional Team Members on a regular basis.
  • Impacts overall team effectiveness.
  • May provide informal support to less experienced Team Members.
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with senior-level stakeholders and leaders.
  • Advanced understanding of standard project management methodologies and requirements.
  • Advanced ability to plan, estimate, organize, and monitor projects.
  • Ability to oversee and advise on project management issues and assist with overcoming barriers.
  • Ability to keep multiple projects on track financially, creatively, and in accordance with stakeholder objectives and deadlines.
  • Understands customer, market, and industry trends and emerging challenges.
  • Applies business understanding to focus and drive cross-functional efforts.

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
