Your Job:

As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will lead our product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and plans to drive successful product adoption and revenue growth. You will work closely with our product team to synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, and market trends to deliver compelling messaging and positioning for PLANOLY products. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will identify personas, use cases and pain points to influence the product roadmap, develop relevant product content, and find additional growth opportunities within our install base. Working in a high growth, agile environment, the right candidate will show a strong ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed execution level.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead go-to-market activities for product launches with comprehensive execution plans, integrated timelines, and target goals for the organization across product, marketing, design, and CS.
• Coach, retain and grow a best-in-class product marketing team
• Conduct user, competitive, and market research (both qualitative and quantitative) in order to champion the customer experience, define business opportunities and influence the product roadmap
• Develop persuasive and differentiated market positioning for all products.
• Partner with marketing and design leads to create product collateral, website copy, and thought leadership content in order to drive customer acquisition and product adoption 
• Analyze product usage patterns and identify initiatives to drive repeat usage within the install base
• Support PR efforts by lending product knowledge and positioning for awards, speaking submissions, and other media needs
• Broadcast GTM activities widely across the company to ensure internal readiness for new features and launches
• Measure and report on performance to enhance team intelligence and identify new areas of opportunity
   

Requirements:

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution
• Strong team leader with the ability to coach your team to the next level and prioritize activities
• A bias for action and the ability to appropriately balance speed versus perfection based on needs
• 6+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent roles, preferably with social media or e-commerce tools
• A proven track record of increasing product market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities
• Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media and e-commerce tools
• A growth mindset and a sense of curiosity
