About The Role
You will utilize your analytical talents to help drive CRM and lifecycle strategies via data analysis, experimentation, and insight development.
You will work closely with lifecycle marketing managers to drive incremental impact in areas such as engagement, activation, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have prior analytical experience with owned marketing channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
You will work closely with Marketing, Data Engineering, and your fellow Analytics teammates.
This role will report to the Director of Analytics.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Build reporting and measurement capabilities for lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Assist in audience development and targeting feasibility based on data infrastructure capabilities
- Find actionable insights through analysis and customer segmentation
- Identify opportunities to impact target metrics based on data analysis
- Designing and evaluating A/b tests to measure incrementally lifecycle strategies
- Assist marketing managers with Tableau report development as necessary
What will make you successful in this role
- You have at least 3+ years of Marketing Analytics
- Experience developing CRM / Lifecycle campaign strategies, measurement, and insight delivery
- You enjoy digging into the data (SQL) as well as analysis and insight discovery
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics or related analytical field and/or extensive industry experience (Master’s Preferred)
- You finish the work you start and are comfortable communicating your insights to stakeholders at every stage of the business
- You are confident in your SQL abilities (joins, unions, aggregations, window functions)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
