We are excited to bring on an experienced Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to our growing team in Austin, TX! This role will create and grow a robust demand generation program for Restaurant365 which will generate leads for the sales team and elevate the brand throughout the restaurant industry. We are looking for a versatile digital marketer who will lead a number of marketing initiatives by testing out multiple digital channels. This individual needs to be analytical and should have digital marketing experience in 3 or more of these areas: PPC, Email, Web and Landing Pages, Web Analytics, SEO, Social.
Responsibilities
- Be a key leader on the marketing team to drive overall marketing strategy
- Design, build, execute and analyze a successful marketing lead generation program
- Manage PPC and online advertising program either in house or via agency; optimize our Return on Ad Spend
- Create and lead a testing and optimization strategy: landing pages, conversion rate, A/B web and email testing
- Create reporting and dashboards to track digital marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with sales, especially SDR team to ensure a smooth handoff and flow of leads
- Manage a digital agency and potentially a small team
Skills/Qualifications
- College Degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite a must)
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Experience using Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Marketo) for drip campaigns, lead scoring, landing pages
- Experience with display, native, retargeting and paid social advertising
- Expertise in Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and landing page testing tools (e.g. Optimizely)
- Organic search / SEO knowledge
- Pardot and Salesforce.com experience desired
