WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the talent marketing and candidate attraction strategy for the North American Talent Acquisition team focused on attracting professionals in the US, Canada, and Mexico, while also contributing to the larger, global Talent Acquisition Marketing community of 30+ professionals
  • Strategize & implement a comprehensive talent acquisition marketing strategy across a variety of proven and new channels
  • Build campaigns to generate awareness of EPAM’s career opportunities targeted at our different talent segments
  • Establish and promote EPAM’s talent brand and execute an engaging social media strategy
  • Create communications for our North America employee referral program including improving how we engage EPAMers at onboarding and with various events and campaigns
  • Develop new and alternative ways to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career advancement opportunities to expand our talent community
  • Proactively recommend new ways we can identify, attract and engage with candidates
  • Establish partnerships with universities and associations relevant to our business model and build talent networks within desired talent populations
  • Maintain a constant focus on the market and disseminate market intelligence to key members of the hiring team
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including the Talent Acquisition team plus the Global Marketing team including our Brand and Content teams
