Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns for Cart.com. The duties include communicating with the corporate marketing team and various internal stakeholders, overseeing social media campaign schedules, and pulling KPI data to determine social media campaigns’ success.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
- Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns
- Creating and executing social media campaigns
- Monitoring all social media content
- Tracking the performance of the campaign
- Keeping up with technologies used in social media
- Using social media marketing tools
- Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
- Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media
Experience:
- Experience managing (posting and evaluating performance) content on social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Demonstrated experience with some emerging social media channels i.e.., TikTok and Clubhouse
- Experience on optimizing campaigns to maximize performance, evaluating what is working and what is not
- Managing engagement on social media campaigns including responding to comments in a timely and professional manner
- Working and collaborating reliably within a team to optimize processes, I.e., helping to create suggestions on content planning, securing graphic assets from creative team, seeking approvals on campaign and then posting and tracking social media posts
Bonus Points:
- Experience in helping to manage a content calendar a plus
- Experience in working in a B2B environment is a plus, but not required
- Providing social media updates and suggestions to the internal staff is a plus, therby encouraging community expansion and engagement through our team
