Cart.comoffers an extensive range of products and services spanning e-commerce online store, marketing, fulfillment, and data science solutions, and we are now looking for an experience executive leader to drive product success across all of these lines into the market. 

 

This high-impact role will be responsible for overseeing the entire product marketing function including go-to-market launch planning, positioning and messaging, and driving product adoption.This person will report to the Chief Innovation Officer and will be an integral part of the greater Product team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key spokesperson for Cart.com, delivering a compelling narrative on our positioning and offerings. 
  • Bring new products to market, both internally through sales enablement and externally through press, analyst, and outreach and expertise programs. 
  • Develop and lead our overall product marketing strategy and processes, ensuring product development is effectively translated into the market across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Delivery teams 
  • Own positioning, messaging, and content related to our platform’s benefits and differentiators, targeting different industries, segments, and personas 
  • Provide guidance on content strategy and support the content production team in development of content assets - enabling customers and prospects to easily understand the value proposition, offering capabilities, and differentiation.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and implement offensive and defensive plays accordingly 
  • Collaborate with the demand gen team to design integrated customer and prospect journeys that generate awareness and demand. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure assets are effectively utilized by go-to-market teams
  • Build and lead a team of product marketers, cultivating a high-energy, winning mindset to help Cart.com win its markets 

Experience:

  • 10+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, marketing technology, or a closely related space. Must have recent, significant experience in B2B Ecommerce software. 
  • Proven track record of driving product and solution awareness for B2B buyers 
  • Ambitious problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to adapt to changing circumstances and be solution-oriented 
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and guide decisions. 
  • Significant experience working closely with executive teams 
  • Demonstrated leadership, having built and shaped high-performance teams through effective hiring, coaching, and growing of high-performers within product marketing or related functions. 
  • Clear, concise communicator with excellent writing skills 
  • Above all, must be a net exporter of vision and energy, cultivating a winning, respectful, and ingenious environment around her/him.

Our headquarters is located in Austin, Tx at the address listed. The majority of our roles are flexible hybrid for employees who live within the cities where we have offices and remote for employees who are not located in those cities.
