Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices.
At Atlassian, you will have a direct impact on how millions of users collaborate and use software. The most outstanding thinkers—like NASA rocket scientists and Tesla engineers—are coming to us for solutions. We’re in the business of developing software to help teams everywhere get amazing ideas on the ground and into the world.
Sound like an exciting place to kickstart your career? Our teams encourage creativity and trying new things. You'll be guided (as we are) by our core values, and you'll be supported by some of the best minds in tech. We want you to have everything you need to do impactful work from the get-go.
You love to innovate and build. You're customer-centric while at the same time being forward-thinking and driven. You're excited about the opportunity to work with smart people on sophisticated challenges. You're a natural teammate, you're inquisitive, and you enjoy dissecting and tackling hard problems (the more complicated the better). You have a solid foundation in computer science and awesome skills in writing software with minimal bugs. While you’re passionate about your work and delivering outstanding quality, you’re still able to go fast, which means you have good intuition when it comes to your workload and using your time wisely.

More about our team
You’ll be joining a team that constantly challenges each other to improve our work, learn, and ask hard questions. We are big believers in ‘lean’ (which means we don’t do documentation for documentation's sake). We know the importance of validating assumptions about stakeholders and use various types of testing to figure out whether we're right (or wrong). Our bottom line is improving our customers' experiences—no matter what.
