Are you a strong Technical Program Management (TPM) leader who loves collaborating across teams to establish core operational programs in a hyper-growth environment? We are looking for an experienced TPM to own and operate our strategic roadmap and release planning frameworks. This is a great opportunity to get in early and build critical processes from the ground up. Your work will ensure input streams are operationalized and streamlined so teams can make data-driven decisions. You will partner with and coach teams to help mature their planning capability through the implementation of best practices and continuous learning. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and all teams in the technology organization including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Security, and Machine Learning. You will also partner with Go-To-Market stakeholders (Marketing + pre- and post-sales teams) to ensure transparency and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive strategic planning and roadmapping for the technology organization (monthly quarterly and annual cadences).
- Create cross-functional and external transparency and communication of our innovation
- roadmap.
- Own and drive monthly operational reviews and release planning for the technology organization.
- Establish and scale planning best practices as we grow.
- Operationalize roadmap inputs from internal and external sources.
- Develop a single source of truth for roadmaps and releases.
- Establish automated delivery reporting to keep stakeholders up-to-date.
- Set up feedback loops for continuous learning and make incremental improvements.
What you’ll have:
- 10+ years’ experience as a TPM or operations manager, preferably in enterprise software or consulting
- Proven technical chops via a technical degree or sufficient experience working in technical roles
- Experience working with cloud and on-prem products
- Deep operational experience in roadmapping and release planning, including capacity and budget management
- Mastery of written and verbal communication skills including executive presentation
- Experience in configuration and administration of software planning and management tools / applications such as Jira or Confluence
- Knowledge of business fundamentals and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all functions of the business
- Experience working with agile software development teams
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills Nice to haves
- Experience in business process automation •
- Agile / Scrum / Lean certification(s)

- Ideally this position is in Austin but can work remote
