Information Security Analyst II

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst II who together with the rest of the Security Operations Team, will be responsible for incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training for the entire company. In this role, you will need to stay on top of the latest threats and trends in order to keep infrastructure, services, endpoints, networks, and accounts secure for Cisco Security.
What you will do:
- Perform incident response activities in support of the Cisco secure products, enterprise systems, and services
- Respond to security questions and requests from employees
- Investigate alerts and help create new ones by providing feedback or modifying them directly
- Develop, maintain, and deliver security awareness training content in partnership with the Security Education program
- Perform vulnerability management functions, including scanning and vulnerability response management
- Create and maintain current documentation (playbooks for IR, common ticket types, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service to Cisco Secure employees, partners, and customers
Skills you have:
- 1 - 5 years experience as an analyst
- Experience collaborating successfully with security, compliance, engineering, and IT teams
- Deep knowledge of, and hands-on experience performing incident response
- Solid understanding of vulnerability management
- A passion for spreading security awareness to everyone you meet
