We are excited to bring on an Integration Support Specialist to our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for helping R365 customers with all R365 software (non-POS) integrations functions, including payroll, banking, and AP invoice upload, keyed entry, and payment. They manage pertinent customer communications through tickets, live chats, and phone calls.
How you'll add value:
- Master R365 integration features and tools
- Provide top-notch support to customers on integration-related topics
- Ensure integration support tickets are responded to meaningfully and consistently; resolve problem tickets
- Serve as an escalation point for the Onboarding team and a liaison between integration partners and internal developers
- Validate data integrated into R365 software - pinpoint and correct any discrepancies
- Learn, support, and maintain integrations for customers
- Keep a strong client-focus in executing all functions of the job
- Communicate effectively and respond to emails and inquiries within reasonable time frames
- Team player attitude, work cross-functionally across multiple departments
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy - ability to learn new software easily
- Strong knowledge of data sets and data flow (Database skills are a plus!)
- Customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, strong organization
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
- Restaurant industry experience preferred
- Accounting knowledge/experience preferred
- Familiarity with APIs (REST and OData endpoints)
- Software development experience preferred
