Tools and Tech Program Manager

RigUp is hiring a Tools & Technology Administrator that will be responsible for building, maintaining, and reporting on various online tools. Examples of tools you will work with include, but are not limited to, Learning/Content Management Systems, project management softwares, and Salesforce connected apps. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a proven track record working closely with multiple department stakeholders and has a deep knowledge of LMS systems and how to make them work for a growing company. What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with Sales Enablement leadership teams to create and execute in-person and online training curriculum
- Develop reference collateral and learning tools to support ongoing training plans
- Support Sales Enablement in the delivery of product training to internal partners and clients
- Support new product launches with training plans to help drive client adoption
- Build and Manage course launches in collaboration with cross functional leadership, Instructional Designers, SME, and Sales Enablement
- Maintain and update course content and accessibility as company and teams evolve
- Regularly collect information about needs of all teams to support the successful adoption and implementation the e-learning platform
- Work with internal clients to ensure necessary tools are functioning properly and all teams have appropriate account permissions
What you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate learning and development directly working with Learning Management Systems, educational technology tools, accessibility, and compliance
- Experience or knowledge of Instructional Design principles
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial startup and/or corporate culture working with an array of integrated tools or services
- Demonstrated experience managing implementation of LMS systems, online learning materials and content to include online/e-learning modules or SCORM compliant systems, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other digital training materials
- Ability to effectively work in a highly ambiguous environment and within cross-functional teams across the organization
- Demonstrated experience writing a variety of documents, including: training course outlines and content, written tests/assessments and other documents necessary to execute a train-the-trainer approach
