Product Manager - IT Service Management Integrations

NinjaOne is on the lookout for a Product Manager to spearhead our IT Service Management (ITSM) Integration product line. Use your passion of leveraging technology to streamline IT Service Management in this pivotal Product Management role. As the Product Manager for ITSM Integration, you will navigate the crossroads of product innovation, strategy, and execution. Your role is crucial in defining the future of our Integration offerings, ensuring they meet the complex needs of our clients. Your profound knowledge of APIs and IT service management processes, will drive the integration of our products with a variety of ITSM tools, creating seamless, efficient workflows that power thousands of businesses.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states - TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, and VA.
What You'll be Doing
- Product Vision and Strategy: Craft and articulate the vision for NinjaOne' s ITSM Integration products. Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with market needs, customer feedback, and the company's overall goals. Assist with our wider NinjaOne Workflow product lineup Ticketing, Documentation, API etc.
- API Integration Expertise: Use your extensive experience with APIs to oversee the development of robust, scalable integrations between NinjaOne products and third-party ITSM tools. Ensure our roadmap aligns with the capabilities of third-party tools.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive product development, launch, and adoption.
- Market and Customer Insight: Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Translate insights into product features that solve real problems and enhance IT service management.
- Other duties as required.
About You
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other technical track, preferred but not required.
- 7+ years IT technical experience, such as working for an MSP, Internal IT department, IT Operations SaaS products, Systems Engineer, etc.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS product.
- Expert experience working with REST APIs, integrating different tools using them and being able to understand their capabilities from documentation.
- Previous experience working with a variety of PSA, ITSM and Service Desk tools.
- Stakeholder management experience and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.

Additional Information
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $135,000 to $210,000 per year.
