eCommerce Head of Product Role

IWD is looking for an experienced Head of Product. He or she will manage the development and growth of our current product line and be in charge of running our Research and Development Department. This individual must have the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and be able to apply world-class solutions.

We value quality over quantity. Exceptional user experience trumps adding additional features or products. The ideal candidate will have a great sense of what makes an outstanding product and be able to lead a team in executing successful marketing plans.

The Product Manager will be in charge of all aspects of the success of our products. This includes managing customer support and wellness, product development, content for our site, and overall growth.

Desired Qualifications

• At least two years of experience managing eCommerce products

• An in-depth understanding of the most current best practices for web and internet marketing 

• Demonstrated track record of growing product lines 

• Familiar with e-Commerce technologies such as Magento, HTML, SSLs, Credit Card Processors, PCI Compliance, data feeds, SEO, etc.

• Exceptional communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients and team members

• The ability to foster close relationships with agencies, vendors, customers AND internal teams
