We’re looking for a Product Manager with the expertise and ambition for leading the development of our AI/ML Platform. You will collaborate with our machining learning engineers, data scientists and other Product Managers to enable the full machine learning lifecycle and delivery of AI within our products. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Drive the Platform and Experience for AI/ML productionization, model management and governance best practices to create value for our members, clinicians and company through AI enabled interactions.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers and data teams to construct and maintain a stack ranked product backlog.
• Define goals and drive results for your product areas by evaluating market trends, customer feedback and performing retrospective analysis of product performance.
• Attend customer meetings on a regular basis to solicit feedback, gather requirements and validate product priorities.
• Develop business cases for AI in new and existing products.
• Evangelize AI and Machine Learning across the company.

WHO YOU ARE

• +5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• +3 years of experience developing/launching AI/ML platforms, AI services or commercialized data products.
• Passion for writing stories, running agile ceremonies, facilitating discovery activities and gathering customer feedback
• Ability to communicate the customer problem, goal, and priority for each user journey.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appetite for feedback and constructive criticism. 
• Strong work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs and take required action.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in one or more of the following: machine learning frameworks, training machine learning models, machine learning workloads, or computer vision.
• Experience with a commercially available ML Platform.
• Experience launching products in highly regulated markets.
