A Spredfast Product Coaching Coordinator drives platform adoption in Spredfast solutions by recruiting users to engage with Customer Success Services via Product Coaching programs and outreach. Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Spredfast products and services, the Coordinator builds a pipeline of users to attend coaching sessions with a Product expert while raising awareness and excitement about all Spredfast resources and solutions. This role requires someone who can manage a high volume out outbound communication and coordinate internal resources to efficiently pair users with solutions that meet their needs.
This individual will report to the Director of the Product Coaching Team and maintain close ties with members of the marketing and sales teams. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to apply the best practices of lead generation and sales cycles to a Customer Success practice at Spredfast. The success of the role will be measured based on number of users that are successfully routed to the Customer Success resources targeted in each of Product Coaching plays.
Responsibilities

● Maintain strong knowledge of product functionality and use cases for Spredfast products and services

● Maintain and improve the workflow that allows the Product Coaching team to get commitment for up to 100 user calls per week.

● Report back feedback and questions received from users in a quantifiable and actionable manner

● Record key observations and details of calls and emails with users for the Spredfast account team

● Aid in the development of user outreach scripts and email templates to recruit users to join a Product Coaching session. 
Requirements

● Have a fundamental understanding of sales development roles and managing a prospect pipeline of opportunity

● Have a knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and engagement best practices

● The ability to learn quickly and develop new programs and workflows on a team.

● Excellent oral and written communications, able to quickly establish credibility with Spredfast end users across brand/media/agency

● Collaborative: a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun and demanding environment.

● Excellent at diagnosing user issues and challenges and pairing them with the appropriate prescribed solutions

● Ability to produce aggregate reports of trends observed via the user outreach calls that are completed.

● Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms in multiple business contexts

● Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills

● Strong organizational and time-management skills

● Creative self-starter; originates and drives constant improvement

● Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
