RunTitle - Product Lead
As the product lead at the company, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for our applications. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial product manager to help innovate and execute initiatives within our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience conceiving and deploying new products as well as optimizing existing applications.
RunTitle's mission is to make owning and investing in oil and gas properties and subsurface real estate data-driven and transparent. Founded in 2012, Austin-based RunTitle has been aggregating proprietary title information since inception. It is our goal to provide an accurate and trustworthy data resource for owners and demystify the mineral ownership structure writ large. Small oil and gas asset transactions occur every day, and add up to billions of dollars per year. Through our efforts to collect and understand the data underpinning all oil and gas transactions, we are enabling the creation of a new market for an (amazing) asset class that is currently unavailable to the general public. Our team is constantly iterating, solving problems and working together to build an entirely novel suite of tools that will significantly impact the trillion dollar domestic oil and gas industry. Due to the lucrative nature of oil and gas and the lack of technology in our particular segment of the industry, RunTitle is uniquely positioned to be the dominant player in a $60B+ TAM market.
Responsibilities
Lead the specification, and launch of innovative products
Establish shared vision across the company - lead product planning, customer
discovery, product discovery
Drive product development with a team of talented and empathetic engineers
Integrate research, market analysis, and usability experience into product
requirements
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Build a product culture within the business empowering rapid testing and learning
Minimum Qualifications
Clear examples of creation and evolution of innovative and best-in-class products
Expertise in working with business modeling and analytics to build roadmaps and
strategic plans with a focus on revenue and market differentiation
Preferred Qualifications
Comfort with finance sector/real estate sector software businesses
Experience in product at a marketplace business
