Rooster Teeth is looking for a multi-faceted Project Manager to work in our

new Games Publishing Division!

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of IPs in various stages of development and implement strategic plans for launch, longevity and the life of the game
  • Ideation of strategies and execution of GTM plans to include market R&D
  • Ability to work closely with a myriad of team leaders in QA, Production, Development, Marketing, Public Relations within RT and third parties
  • Collaborate, set, communicate and report business development goals during the life cycle of the game
  • Make informed recommendations, pitch decks and road maps to increase and drive sales and profits in developing the RT brand games division

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of video games experience in production, development, marketing and business development on all platforms for both AAA and Indie IPs from conception to launch
  • Excellence in motivating teams, budgeting, and meeting established deadlines
  • Set and maintain production road maps and communicate effectively within both written and verbal settings
  • Ability to make decisions and course correct projects with confidence as needed
  • Complete working knowledge of video game development and marketing
