We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to build fantastic products at RetailMeNot in sunny, downtown Austin. We are the top savings destination in the U.S. and are embarking on an ambitious vision to redefine savings for the digital age. You have a rare blend of technical and business savvy; a big-picture vision, and the dedication to make that vision a reality.

As a Product Manager on our Rx Saver Team, you will be at the center of a cross functional team of Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, Operators, and Marketers. Specifically, you will validate, develop, and scale new ideas designed to help consumers save money on prescription drugs.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 3 years of B2C product management experience at fast-paced tech companies required
• Proven track record of delivering product growth and business impact
• Reliable and tenacious product roadmap execution; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross functional teams; Agile experience a plus
• Solid understanding of web and app technologies; former engineering experience a plus
• Strong analytical ability and experience making data-based decisions
• Strong communication skills

What You'll Do

• You'll create unique digital experiences for RMN consumers, at scale and in real time
• You'll work with various stakeholders to launch a net new savings experience on RetailMeNot, including design, development, go-to-market, and growth
• You'll set, socialize, and execute on quarterly goals - you’ll be responsible for critical metrics
• You'll develop a deep understanding and empathy for our customers —both consumers and partners-- and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems
• You'll own the product roadmap for your team and work across functions to execute it
