We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to build fantastic products at RetailMeNot Rx Saver in sunny, downtown Austin. We recently launched RX Saver™, a website and mobile application that enables consumers to research and compare prescription drug prices and save at their local pharmacy by using a mobile or printable coupon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in helping people save up to 80% on their prescriptions, whether they have insurance or not.

As a Product Manager on our Rx Saver Team, you will be at the center of a cross functional team of front and backend Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, Operators, and Marketers working in an Agile environment. Specifically, you will validate, develop, and scale new ideas designed to help consumers save money on prescription drugs.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree required
• You have at least 3 years of B2C product management experience at fast-paced tech companies required
• Proven track record of delivering product growth and business impact
• Reliable and tenacious product roadmap execution; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross functional teams; Agile experience a huge plus
• Solid understanding of web and app technologies; former engineering experience a plus
• Your analytical ability and experience making data-based decisions has elevated your products
• You have strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• An influencer who builds trust within the team and fosters excitement about the challenges to tackle

What You'll Do

• You'll create unique digital experiences for RMN consumers, at scale and in real time
• You'll work with various partners to launch a net new savings experience on RetailMeNot, including design, development, go-to-market, and growth
• You'll set, socialize, and execute on quarterly goals - you’ll be responsible for critical metrics
• You'll develop a deep understanding and empathy for our customers —both consumers and partners-- and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems
• You'll own the product roadmap for your team and work across functions to execute it
