Product Manager
360training.com is looking for a passionate, dynamic and strategic Business Unit Manager who will be responsible for the overall P&L of the assigned product portfolio to maximize revenue and margins while minimizing cost. This includes researching, prioritizing new opportunities and features to enable the company to Stay, Win and Change the game.
The Business Unit Manager ensures collaboration with sales, marketing, accreditation, customers, experts, product development, industry advisory board members and customer support to deliver outstanding products that ensure revenue growth, margin and customer satisfaction goals are met. Business Unit Manager must identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Overall P&L responsibility for the assigned product portfolio.
Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments.
Be a leader, owner and visionary of the 360training products and drive the product strategy for the assigned product portfolio.
Maintain a close pulse on financials for the product line and develop plans from a strategic, tactical and financial perspective.
Responsible for revenue growth through various sales channels such as B2B, B2C and others.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Deliver business cases with prioritized features, corresponding justification of investment and course approvals to a) Stay in the game, b) Win the game and c) Change the game
Forge partnerships with external third parties such as professional trade associations to assess partnerships, vendor relationships and product buy vs licensing opportunities.
Use data to perform analyses on several aspects like Product Performance, Forecasting, Consumption Patterns, Industry Trends and Customer Acquisition metrics.
Make key delivery decisions, such as pricing, packaging and positioning, based on product line performance metrics to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Interface with the sales channels and marketing team to conduct product trainings and develop product roadmap.
Responsible to interface with technology, content product development and marketing teams to enforce release schedules and meet deadlines to fulfil customer, revenue and margin objectives.
Strongly collaborative and effective in a cross-functional environment
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing. MBA preferred.
Three (3) years or more of experience as a Business Unit Manager or Product Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver presentations at the executive level.
Ability to maintain relationships with peers, leadership and regulatory agencies.
Experience in eLearning industry preferred.
