Key Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of various applications used by internal departments such as Customer Service, Product Management, Sales, and Finance as well as external clients and users
- Drive improvements to these applications working in a cross-functional manner with Customer Service, Product Management, Sales, and Finance, and Technology departments
- Translate business needs into business requirements documents
- Participate in daily scrum calls with Technology team to answer questions related to business requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Strongly collaborative and effective in a cross-functional environment
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing. MBA preferred
- Three (3) years or more of experience as a Product Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver presentations at the executive level
- Ability to maintain relationships with peers and leadership
- Experience in eLearning industry preferred
- Experience in ecommerce platforms a plus
- Experience with SAAS platform a plus
