We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner who will:
• Develop and execute a product strategy that has a positive impact on the Jovio business now and will lay the foundation for future product development
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations, to guide prioritization and ensure that product development is focused, effective, and iterative
• Lead requirement gathering efforts, document story details based on epics
• Lead backlog grooming to decompose and estimate stories
• Document the new feature for implementations and release notes
• Ensure the design, usability and quality of all products meet stakeholder and Jovio clients' expectations
• Manage development against product backlogs to ensure work and priorities are in line with the product strategy while prioritizing themes, epics, and stories
• Create a team culture that understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learning, including collaboration and respect within all cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in a product owner role within a SaaS or enterprise software company practicing agile software development
• Solid experience with agile product owner fundamentals: creating, maintaining, and prioritizing a backlog, refining user stories, managing engineering progress, and participating in sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospective, etc.)
• A true owner with a willingness to take ownership of anything at anytime
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to create, and maintain, focus on key outcomes
• Thrive working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• The ability to create an environment of openness, trust and support by leading through example
