Spredfast + Lithium is seeking a Product Program Manager to join the Product Portfolio Management team. This team is responsible for guiding our product investment strategy, managing our data-driven approach to making product decisions, and ensuring our product investments are achieving sufficient ROI.

 

The Product Program Manager will support the Product Portfolio team and the broader Product Organization by orchestrating the delivery of new products to market by coordinating with early adopter customers and our R&D organization. This role will be at the cutting edge of our newest and most exciting products and is critical for Spredfast + Lithium's success. Spredfast + Lithium has a start-up mentality, will take smart risks, adapt & iterate quickly, and solve important problems. Ideal candidates are comfortable with collaborating with our most demanding innovative marquee brands. They have excellent time and project management skills, and are customer-facing with strong presentation and communication ability. They are process-oriented but can adapt quickly to change and pivot as needed to find creative solutions. They've had to navigate complex organizations in the past, relying on both relationships and process to meet their team's needs. And as the "go-to" person on early adopter programs, they must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict, competing needs and varying personality types. We are looking for someone who is passionate about products that solve real customer needs and obsessed with making customers succeed.

 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Working collaboratively to support our product managers in working with our early adopter customers, product management, engineering, sales, services, business development, and marketing to bring new products to market
  • Leading customers through early access implementation projects
  • Leaning in on new products and loosely defined use cases to help prove product - market fit
  • Tracking progress on different products, projects, and customers including action items, next steps, deliverables, and product requests
  • Helping to define and document product features and implementation steps to create a sustainable and scalable product launches
  • Identify patterns from early access feedback/issues for product enhancement opportunities
  • Discern upsale opportunities vs. early access engagement scope

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience with program or project management, management consulting, or a related discipline
  • Previous customer-facing experience is required.
  • Proven track record for successful project deliveries with strict deadlines
  • Fluent in SSO, data migration,
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • You quickly establish trusted partnerships across various stakeholders
  • Experience with working directly with customers in a loosely defined environment and an ability to influence and manage customers in this environment
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills (communicate your insights)
  • Great work ethic: Able to manage multiple assignments and context switching
  • Self-starter: You have excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and are results driven
  • Client Temperature Judgement: When to say "Yes" and when to say "No."
  • Travel Required up to 30%
